I stumbled into web design with my first job after graduating from Michigan State University. There was a website but it needed a lot of help and no one else volunteered. From there I began taking classes as Washtenaw Community College and I found that I REALLY enjoyed planning, designing and creating websites that were visually appealing and yet allowed visitors to navigate easily.
With my jobs at the University of Michigan I have gained experience in maintaining and creating websites. I have also gained experience in desktop publishing with newsletters, training manuals and gratis products for customers.
